Climate change expected to increase India’s average annual temperature by 4 degrees Celsius. Number of extreme hot days a year to also rise drastically.
Finance ministry says the proposed revamp will focus on structural reforms, rate rationalisation & ease of living, & will be deliberated upon in the coming weeks.
