PARIS (Reuters) -Nine bodies were found in the smouldering ruins of a holiday home housing disabled people that caught fire in the early hours of Wednesday in eastern France, a chief firefighter said.
Due to renovation work underway at Rajasthan Hospital in Ahmedabad's Sahibaug area, several items stored in the basement caught fire and caused massive smoke, a fire official said.
Authorities have yet to identify the cause of the fire that started 8:30 Wednesday evening, with casualties including a 6-month old baby. 230 people including 35 crew were rescued.
