In his complaint, lawyer & RSS worker Rajesh Joshi said Singh shared poster on Facebook bearing name & image of Golwalkar, which allegedly hurt religious beliefs of Sangh workers, Hindus.
The commission issued a notice to the BJP leader on 26 October seeking Kailash Vijayvargiya's reply for his remark against Congress' Digvijaya Singh and Kamal Nath.
The complaint alleged that Digvijay Singh committed a "grave offence" and caused injury to the BJP, its leaders and public at large with his 'defamatory statements'.
