Delhi police claimed that in order to authenticate the voice of the accused in several videos, it was necessary that Sidhu’s voice was matched with the voice in those video clippings.
While granting bail, the judge directed Sidhu to deposit his passport with the investigating officer and appear before the police station and the court as and when required.
