The Mumbai police Monday arrested a man from Noida in Uttar Pradesh for allegedly issuing a death threat to Salman Khan and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique.
The accused initially sent a threatening message to MLA Zeeshan Siddique's helpline number and later issued a death threat to Siddique and actor Salman Khan on a voice call.
Earlier on 21 October, the Mumbai police received an apology from the same sender who threatened Khan on 18 October, stating that the message was 'sent by mistake.'
