Indian justice system fails everyone everyday, Justice Lokur. The rampant misuse of POCSO, the police misconduct and the way justice system ignores it, ”bail is a rule” only on paper look at the crowded jails.. shame on the justice system for taking a high moral ground and yet not fulfilling it’s responsibilities at every level.
