Taxation is a very primitive concept in rule of law.It fetches the gov exchequer by which means gov undertakes infrastructural work for development of country and also meet huge expenditures on defence and public health care. As honestly the gov expect citizen to pay taxes so honestly it must appropriate the tax collected .
The personal income tax should be banned. Taxation on buisinesses or other financial activities more than 25lacs should be levied. That will give much needed relief to trade and employees. IT deptt is simply overladed with work due to large numbers giving very less portion of tax.
I am a taxpayer. CBDT is only the perfect department to collect tax from Indian people. After collection of tax, almost tax collected amount is going into pocket of politicians through implementing public projects. Huge Tax amount has misused. There are so many scams have been made and to be made in future. I suggest that the misuse of tax amount should be a crime of death sentence and no involvement of court in such case.
