Raids carried out in Kerala, Karnataka & TN Wednesday in connection with October's Maruti blast & November's autorickshaw explosion. Accused in both cases alleged to have ISIS links.
The explosion rocked Istiklal Avenue in central Istanbul Sunday, crowded with shoppers, tourists & families. The cause of the blast is not yet known based on media reports.
