It is said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions! India helped save East Pakistanis from further genocide and helped create Bangladesh.And how have these people responded? By supporting Pakistan and abusing india and hindus with the exception of a minority of moderate Bengalis.
Thousands of innocent Urdu speaking old,women and children brutally killed in many towns including my own close relatives.Pakistan till now did not accept those Urdu speaking called Biharis.I just want to ask why children,women and old were killed

There was one more person, whose report unfortunately never saw the light of the day, Hamdoor Rehman, the Bengali Chief Justice of Pakistan, who was the head of the comission that enquired into these events. He gave a voluminous report that was suppressed. In 2000 parts of it was leaked to The Dawn and India Today. The latter published some parts of it and then strangely suppressed the rest as if it was the guilty party. Maybe we can ask India Today TV, the self certified “Gold Standard of Journalism”, to enquire into it.
It is very sad that our luddite liberals and selective secularists who carelessly throw taunts of “facist” at RSS and BJP, have never acknowledged the horrors perpetrated by Pakistan on its own countrymen in the eastern part of their country. For the sake of maintaining their secular facade, they are unabile to accept that a Muslim country can be so genocidal.

There is no statute of limitations for prosecuting war crimes and crimes against humanity and all those in Pakistan responsible for the genocide should be punished irrespective of their age. More recently in South Asia there were war crimes committed by the Sri Lankan armed forces against Tamils in 2009. Nobody has been punished for that as yet either.

Most Bangladeshis feel the 1971 war was an Indian conspiracy and many of them would like to join Pakistan again, given a chance.
