Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said 64 flights will be operated from 12 countries in phase 1, and 149 flights from 31 countries in phase two.
Air India & Air India Express are scheduled to operate 64 flights between 7 and 14 May to bring in approximately 15,000 Indians stranded in 12 countries.
