Fatima deserves a place in school textbooks, if she has worked for children’s education…all communities.
Similarly the good done by hindu kings, as well as, the bad done by muslim rulers must be introduced in textbooks. Now the Muslims are glorified, this must change.

Definetly Fatima Shaikh didn’t get the right place in the history. The RSS and the present BJP governments in different states are bent only obliterate Indian history.
They have already changed many history books .
You have rightly the solution also. That is the Community itself must take up the mantle of highlighting the contribution of its community members.
The government and the RSS are blinded by the their hate campaign against Muslims and the contribution of Muslim rule to India and it’s civilization.
India truly became golden bird in Moghal period, when World’s 28 %GDP was produced in India.
There were World class manufacturing and textile technology was existing in India.
By changing the names of cities and Roads they can not iundo the reality of what happened. By closing eyes you can not change the surroundings.
I only pray God to give maturity and large heart to those in power to face reality and be proud of the glorious history.
Well, it is very nesesary to know that first of all venarabl Fathima Shaikh is forgotone by her own people or comunity because educated Mohamadians most radical and obtain their people’s faith and the still deslike or hatred (naives socaled sudra or dalits, obc/sc/st) silently accepting then “people of haran” same as brahmins. So they still purposely do not remember the person who help supported Natives/Budhists.
Secondly the true histry of India’s Natives Nayaks/Heroes is trampled or destroyed by brahmins or their regime of manu law socila political and religious system.
So is the case of non brahmanical history in oppression.
