This edition of ‘Off The Cuff’ saw Actor Sanjay Dutt in conversation with ThePrint Chairman & Editor-in-Chief Shekhar Gupta, Sanya Dhingra, reporter, ThePrint; Ruhi Tewari. He said that Indian prisons, which he called universities for nurturing criminals, and judicial system are in desperate need of reform. He also backed capital punishment for heinous crimes. The event was held in Mumbai on 12 Septembermber 2017.
