  1. Trump does something unexpected. Tariffs that dont agree with existing economic thinking. But why is the cartoon targeting Modi with the entire political science jab? Whether Modi is good at political science is not determine by whether his degree is in entire political science. He was CM and PM so many times. Is that because he is unaware of politics, is bad at it and has managed to buy votes? Or is the cartoonist trying to imply that Trump is right, inspite of going against conventional thinking. Since Modi has been a successful politician inspite of this elitist judgement?
