Nagpur, Apr 26 (PTI) A mini truck crashed into the railings of a bridge at Dorli village near Kalmeshwar in Nagpur district on Sunday afternoon, killing a 55-year-old woman and injuring nine others who were travelling in the vehicle, police said.
The front section of the vehicle was completely mangled due to the impact.
According to Kalmeshwar police, the deceased woman has been identified as Vimalabai Ramswarup Sahu (55). The injured include her family members and others.
Citing eyewitnesses, police said the cargo vehicle was speeding when it crashed into the bridge.
Kalmeshwar police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. PTI COR NSK
