“Following the consecration of idols in various temples within the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple complex, flag hoisting has already been completed on the spires of the temples dedicated to Ram Lalla, Mata Annapurna, Surya Dev, Hanuman and Ganesh.

“Preparations are now underway for flag hoisting at the Shiva temple. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hoist the flag at the Shiva temple on April 29,” the statement issued by the Uttar Pradesh government said.

Around 700 guests are expected to attend the event, he said.

Guests will be allowed entry via Rang Mahal Ashram (Ramkot), through the Amava Ram temple toward the Ramgulela temple barrier, and from the Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Gate in front of the Birla Dharamshala, the statement said.
