Thane, Apr 19 (PTI) The 23rd edition of the CREDAI MCHI Thane Property Expo concluded on Sunday, reinforcing Thane’s position as a premier real estate hub in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, organisers claimed.
According to a release, the expo drew 20,467 visitors and saw strong transaction activity across residential, commercial, and retail segments.
The strongest buyer interest was recorded in the Rs 55 lakh to Rs 2.25 crore price bracket. Micro-markets such as Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Pokhran, and Majiwada emerged as the top choices for home seekers.
“This was our most successful edition yet. The numbers reflect buyer trust in Thane’s growth story. Infrastructure is no longer a promise; it is visible on the ground. That clarity is translating into home buying,” said Sachin Mirani, President of CREDAI MCHI Thane. PTI COR NSK
