Minimum temperature settles above normal in city

New Delhi, Oct 6 (PTI) The minimum temperature in the city was recorded at 24.8 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season’s normal, on Sunday.

Humidity level stood at 72 per cent at 8.30 am, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The weather department has predicted a clear sky for the day with the maximum temperature expected to be recorded at 36 degrees Celsius.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) was in the moderate category with a reading of 142 at 9 am.

An AQI between zero and 50 is considered good, 51 and 100 satisfactory, 101 and 200 moderate, 201 and 300 poor, 301 and 400 very poor, and 401 and 500 severe. PTI BM DV DV
