MEA Joint Secretary Devyani Uttam Khobragade appointed Ambassador to Cambodia

Khobragade is a 1999-batch Indian Foreign Service officer and is presently a Joint Secretary in the ministry.

New Delhi: Devyani Uttam Khobragade has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Cambodia, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Thursday.

Khobragade is a 1999-batch Indian Foreign Service officer and is presently a Joint Secretary in the ministry. She is expected to take up the assignment shortly, according to the MEA.
