Pune, Oct 17 (PTI) A case has been registered against a 24-year-old man for driving an SUV allegedly in a reckless manner under the influence of alcohol and posing threat to people’s lives in Kothrud area of Pune city, police said.
The incident took place around 7.30 pm on October 15 on the road between MIT College and Krishna Hospital on Paud Road, they said.
Neither anyone was injured in the incident, nor any other vehicle was damaged, an official of the Kothrud police station said.
Suraj Prakash Kadam (30), a resident of Kothrud, lodged a complaint in this connection, based on which a was registered against Vallabh Balasaheb Bodke for drunk and rash driving, he said.
