Mumbai, Jun 16 (PTI) The Maharashtra government on Tuesday transferred senior IAS officers Ashwin Mudgal, Deependra Kushwaha and Ashwini Joshi to key posts in state-run agencies and authorities.
Mudgal, who was serving as Additional Commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), has now been appointed as the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), Mumbai.
Mudgal succeeds Vijay Singhal. The state government did not announce Singhal’s new posting till late Tuesday evening.
Kushwaha, who was Development Commissioner (Industries), has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), replacing IAS officer P Velrasu.
Joshi, Additional Commissioner of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), has been transferred as Additional Metropolitan Commissioner of the MMRDA, the government order said. PTI ND NP
