Bengaluru, Jun 3 (PTI) AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi arrived in Bengaluru on Wednesday to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister-designate D K Shivakumar.
Both the leaders and AICC general secretary K C Venugopal were received at HAL airport here by outgoing chief minister Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar.
Shivakumar will be administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot at 4.05 pm at Lok Bhavan’s Glass House. Thirteen other legislators will also take oath as ministers.
