Gupta was speaking to reporters before leaving for the shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi here.
Rajya Sabha member and AAP leader Raghav Chadha on Friday joined the BJP along with six other party MPs.
Reacting to the development, Gupta said, “With time, everyone gains wisdom. I believe that in the interest of the nation, everyone should come together so that all citizens can move forward and work collectively-that is the right path.” “I pray that the mother Goddess continues to bless all Indians and that the country keeps advancing under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Extending a message to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, she said, “May the mother’s blessings always be with them. I wish them happiness, good health and safety.” Earlier, the Delhi chief minister was warmly welcomed by BJP leaders and workers on reaching Katra town, the base camp for the pilgrims visiting the shrine.
