New Delhi, Mar 31 (PTI) Delhi Police has secured the top position among all states and Union Territories in the implementation of Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) for February 2026.

It has also received an ISO certification for its quality management systems in digital policing, an official said on Tuesday.

“The force had earlier achieved a perfect score for three consecutive months from October to December 2025 and retained the first rank in January 2026 on the CCTNS Pragati Dashboard,” the official said.

The Pragati Dashboard, monitored by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Crime Records Bureau, assesses states and UTs on parameters such as data accuracy, timeliness, connectivity of police stations and electronic transmission of FIRs to courts.

Officials said the achievement highlights effective implementation of national e-governance platforms, including the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS) and the Inter-Operable Criminal Justice System (ICJS).

The ISO certification covers end-to-end digital processes such as registration, processing and management of FIRs, complaints and investigation records, along with inter-state data sharing.

Delhi Police chief Satish Golchha congratulated all units for the achievement. PTI BM BM RT RT
