New Delhi Apr 26 (PTI) A fire broke out at a nail polish manufacturing unit in the Narela Industrial Area on Sunday morning, which was brought under control after a multi-hour operation, officials said.

The Delhi Fire Service (DFS) said a call reporting the blaze was received at 9:17 am, following which 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.

It took nearly four hours to contain and douse the flames, ensuring that the fire did not spread to the adjoining units, a DFS official said.

“No casualties or injuries were reported in the incident. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained,” the official said. PTI SGV ARI
