BJP workers take out bike rally in support of Nari Shakti Vandan amendments

New Delhi, Apr 15 (PTI) BJP workers and members of the BJP Mahila Morcha organised a ‘Mahila Bike Rally’ and formed a human chain at Connaught Place here on Wednesday to support the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam (Women’s Reservation Act) amendments.

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva said women across the country are aware of the Nari Shakti Vandan Amendment Bill and are thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA government.

He said the Bill is a welcome move to provide women their due representation.

The Budget Session of Parliament has been extended, with a special three-day sitting scheduled from April 16 to 18, focusing on amending the Women’s Reservation Act for implementation in the 2029 Lok Sabha elections. PTI VIT VIT ASD ASD
