Amaravati, April 20 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is set to begin a two-day campaign tour in Tamil Nadu from Monday as part of the NDA’s intensified outreach ahead of the April 23 state assembly elections.

The programme is aimed at energising party cadre, boosting voter engagement and strengthening the NDA coalition’s development-focused narrative across key regions.

“Naidu will undertake a two-day campaign tour in Tamil Nadu on Monday and Tuesday as part of the NDA’s intensified outreach ahead of the state elections,” said a source from the Andhra Pradesh government.

The NDA coalition is expected to highlight governance, economic progress and inclusive development while expanding its footprint in Tamil Nadu.

On the opening day, Naidu will commence his tour in Coimbatore where he will address a public meeting before heading to Hosur and later Thalli for a rally.

Later in the evening, he will arrive in Chennai and take part in a roadshow at Avadi, interacting with citizens and NDA supporters.

On the second day, the Chief Minister will visit Madurai and proceed to Sattur where he is scheduled to meet community representatives and participate in a campaign event.

The tour will conclude in the evening with his return following the two-day outreach programme.

Underscoring the importance of the campaign, Naidu is likely to present the NDA’s vision for Tamil Nadu within the broader framework of India’s growth trajectory, with focus on governance and development. PTI MS ROH
