Varun Dhawan recalls working in ‘ABCD 2’

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 19 (ANI): Actor Varun Dhawan took a stroll down memory lane as he recalled his experiences working in ‘ABCD 2’.

“ABCD 2 was more than just a movie for me. Working with the entire team was a blast, and getting to combine my love for acting and dance was like a dream come true. It was truly an amazing experience and this movie will always have a special place in my heart for the incredible journey we all shared,” Varun reminisced.

The story of the film revolves around Suresh Mukund (essayed by Varun) who wants to fulfil his mother’s wish of becoming a successful dancer and who falls in for his childhood friend Vinita Sharma (essayed by Shraddha). Their journey of gathering a team to participate in a dancing competition in New York and their struggle to win the trophy is what was there in the film.

The flick was directed by Remo Dsouza.

Remo also celebrated the film’s 9th anniversary.

Sharing the film’s poster, Remo took to Instagram and wrote, “#9years of our beautiful journey.”

Shraddha Kapoor was the film’s female lead.

Meanwhile, in the coming months, Varun will be seen in the upcoming action thriller film ‘Baby John’.’Baby John’ is directed by A Kaleeswaran. Atlee is presenting the film in association with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios.

He will also be seen in the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series ‘Citadel’ opposite actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

It is an Indian adaptation of the Russo Brothers’ series of the same name. Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden headlined the international version. The release date of the Indian version of Citadel is awaited. Raj and DK have created the Indian version. He also has ‘Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari’ in his kitty.

‘Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari’ is written and directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film features an ensemble cast, including Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi. (ANI)
