Mumbai: Indian bands Girish and The Chronicles and Parikrama will open for Guns N’ Roses during the band’s India tour this November.
Guns N’ Roses is scheduled to play in Bengaluru on 14 November and in Guwahati on 17 November. Girish and The Chronicles will open the Bengaluru show at NICE Grounds, while Parikrama will perform before Guns N’ Roses at the Khanapara Veterinary Ground in Guwahati. The Guwahati concert will be Guns N’ Roses’ first in Northeast India.
The Bengaluru show will be the third time Girish and The Chronicles have opened for Guns N’ Roses. The Sikkimese band first opened for them at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi in 2023, and again at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Race Course in May 2025.

The 2026 World Tour
Girish and The Chronicles was formed in Sikkim in 2009. They are a hard rock and heavy metal band and have released three studio albums: Rock the Highway, Hail to the Heroes and Back on Earth. ‘Rock ’n’ Roll Is Here to Stay’, ‘Hush’, ‘Disintegrate’ and ‘Generation Coward’ are among their popular songs.
In 2025, Girish and The Chronicles performed on America’s Got Talent, becoming the first Indian rock band to appear on the show.
Parikrama was formed in Delhi in 1991. ‘But It Rained’ and ‘Open Skies’ are two of its most famous songs. The band opened for Iron Maiden in Bengaluru in 2007 and later that year played the main stage at the Download Festival in the UK.
Guns N’ Roses was in India last year as well, playing Mumbai in May 2025. It was the band’s first concert in the country in more than 12 years. The November concerts are part of the band’s 2026 world tour, which began in Mexico in March. After India, the band will play more dates around Asia before heading to Australia and New Zealand. The tour ends in Auckland in December.
