(Reuters) – Tropical Depression Harold crossed into northern Mexico with heavy rains continuing, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Tuesday, adding it could dissipate later on Wednesday.

The depression, located about 45 miles (70 km) west-southwest of Laredo, Texas, was packing maximum sustained winds of 35 miles (55 km) per hour, the Miami-based hurricane center said.
