Be open minded and rational, never be too rigid otherwise other people with vested interests will use you for their political/other goals.
You say finally “No need to peek at anyone else’s plate.” Then you shouldn’t be peeking into or bothered about what someone else has ordered, that the same delivery person is carrying.

Zomate has “Pure Veg” option already. The “veg” people can check if the restaurant they ordered is of “pure veg” or not. They can ensure they are ordering veg food from veg restaurants. There is no need for separate fleet. Having a fleet clearly states brahminism followed here. Or let Zomato say, the “Pure Veg” fleet will be run by muslims. Then I accept it is not discrimination.
