MP seems always mute in the Lok sabha and didn’t utter a word. On the basis of PM’s star power, he might win again but he is another laid-back MP who is not doing his job correctly.

Major Issues need to address for NOIDA on HIGH Priority we are expecting from MP.
1. Resolution of Home Buyers/FLAT ISSUES with Builders, I booked my Flat in Year 2012 & still waiting for Possession in SECTOR 119,
2. Traffic Situation are very severe in NOIDA
3. Enchrochment by Local shopkeepers are very HIGH, Need a regulatory for KIOSK allotment .
4. AUTOs are miserable on Roads…required a Regulatory.,

The builders of noida extension of Le garden society just charge the customers at their own whims and fancies. You really need to work on noida to make it as a better society.

Also the hospitals need to be improved upon. The kailash hospital makes the customers go crazy for claiming the insurance . They do the paperwork so slowly that they almost waste the whole day of the working customers. The systems really need to be made quick, why are the hospitals employees being paid if they cant work efficiently.

I dont really see any progress made by you. I gave you the vote this time, But if i dont see any improvement in the coming days, i am really not going to support you along with my family and relatives and my society in noida.

I voted him, just for Modi ji otherwise he has no credibility for himself.
Next time, for sure I will not vote for him if he doesn’t deliver things in gr8 noida region.

There is no controls on – rikshaws, or autos they don’t care while driving and specially the are of ATTA has been pathetic. there should be some control over that area. No controls over builders, there are harassing flat owners in their own way and there is no one taking action on that, the actions are only in news not in reality or ground level

He has really done nothing but improved his wealth in multipul. He has acquired so many hospitals . He doesn’t like society downtrodden people even abuses saying that he doesn’t like the stinking smell of these people.

I live in sector 25, Noida. The road between sector 25 and 26 been repaired in patches. The T junction of this road while going to Nithari is full of vendors , parked e-rickshaws and what not, need a traffic police man to regularly there to improve the situation. Garbage collection and disposal is a dire need in Nithari and outside my sector.

Dr Mahesh Sharma performance as GBN MP is below the mark. He has practically not done anything significantly. Basic concerns like health, water, cleanliness, safety and security nothing is done. On employment he has nothing to show. Similarly no new development project came in Noida despite it is in NCR. See where the job creation by other NCR towns like Delhi, Gurugram etc.

You have done nothing to improve anything in noida, greater noidawith respect to roads, nallas, cleniness, school fees, industries problems with respect to corruption in departments. you got the vote due to Modijee and againg you will get it , however, you should get get elected on your strength instead of Modijee

Mahesh ji , very disappointed in you . Sad performance especially when your leader is Narendra Modi. Hardly any improvement in the district and infact have seen things getting worse. Personally you don’t deserve a second chance but unfortunately little can be done as Modi is needed in the country for another term.

Dr sir,

We, the flat buyers of Antriksh Forest Sec 77 (promoter Perfect Propbuild Pvt.Ltd.), will be very thankful if you could intervene and ensure that the unduly delayed project is completed by the builder at least by Oct 2019, so that we can take possession and register our homes with Noida authority. This only can ensure our living in the flat with total peace of mind.

I live in Sector-29. There is Nallah which flows through the Sector. Dirty water emits very foul smell. Our Sector is occupied by Retired Defence officers, who are super senior citizens ( late seventies) . Nallah is causing great health problems. We have been requesting Noida Authorities to cover the Nallah, but nothing has been done so far. Last time when our MP came for votes, he promised that he will get it covered. But nothing has been done. A high Tea is being arranged in the Golf Club on coming Sunday ,to again buy the votes. And make the people fool.

Apart from your regular attendance of Lok Sabha, you seem to have done precious little for the constituency during the last 5 years. Roads remain dirty, drains remain open and entire city of NOIDA is stinking. Some road-work has started recently, presumably keeping elections in mind. We are die-hard BJP supporters, but there seems to be NIL attention to NOIDA from BJP

Drainage in Sector-25, Jalvau Vihar is worst. Drains are choked, full of filth and big source of spreading diseases like, dengu etc. Residents welfare society is also not getting these drains cleaned.

The drainage system is very poor in Noida specifically in Sector 12 .Water is stand still because slopes is not proper so because of that lot of mosquito problem arises. So many times the complaint lodged but no response came from Noida authority.

JP Infratech has taken us for a ride. I am a retired Army officer with 48 lacs stuck with JP. The govt assured but did nothing. Can our MP do anything to help thousands of homebuyers

This MP has done little to improve Noida and Greater Noida in his 5 year term. Better to give some one else a chance. If no suitable candidate then maybe NOTA is the better option.

Sadly, our MP has done little to get us homes. We booked our flat 6 years ago in Amrapali and still living on rent. 5 years of BJP Govt. Is also over but nothing was done. We have decided to go for NOTA

I am one of the home buyers in Jaypee Wishtown Noida. I had booked my flat in August 2010 and was promised to give flat in Sep 2013. I retired from Govt service in Dec 2016 but flat yet not been recd.
HBs have started muhim by pledging vote for NOTA on telegram.I am not in favour of that to avoid repetition of MP& Raj. Request Dr Saheb to address this issue before it is too late.

  Khora ki wajah se sohan koi improvement possible nahin hain.
  Makan bech kar. Greater Noida ke kisi acche sector me shift ho jao.

Cleanliness in Noida is far from satisfactory- road cleanliness barely done twice a week, garbage dumps in residential areas causes lots of health hazards.
Vendors are encroaching pavements.
Traffic violation is seen every where.
I am a resident of Sector 12.
