If there is truth it sure can be handled but when the news media is puppet to the government like BJP nothing can come out to be truth except for some authenticated news channels like NDTV.

The entire problem is that IAS officers with no domain knowledge or experience ,rule all experts in medical field, causing great heartburn, there is no order of precedence in civil services, and a IAS with just about six to eight years of service reports on the Chief Medical Officer of a district nearly thirty years his senior, the politicians depend on these IAS for running the administration and corruption by politicians. No wonder no one wishes to be subservient to these generalists. Even during British Raj the DM, SP, CMO were normally from the Army and had to obey seniority as per Army Act, now it is free for all, all goodies and zero knowledge or responsibility
