I agree with Shri Chadrasekhar that Every state has its share of nutters and violent people. It is for the state government and police to ensure safety. the right to freedom of speech is available to every one. If some one has right to criticize something, it is always open to defend the same. Of course, no gets a right to abuse or take law in his own hands.
