IYDF and Malini Kalyanam Organize Humanitarian Aid Event at Local Community Welfare Center

New Delhi [India], July 29: On July 22, 2024, a meaningful humanitarian aid event organized by Malini Kalyanam was successfully held at Balvadii ICDS (Community Welfare Center). The event attracted numerous volunteers, including R. Zeenath, N. Varalakshmi, Sujatha R., Stany Prasana, Staney Prasana, and Raji, who came together to provide selfless care and support to the children at the welfare center.

This event was initiated by Malini Kalyanam, Founder Trustee of The PALM and Director of the Artistic Pottery Training Academy. The main venue was Balvadii ICDS, with 25 children aged 2-5 years participating in the event.

The volunteers brought a variety of aid supplies to meet the needs of the children, including 150 kg of rice, various snacks, school supplies such as notebooks and pens, and 5 bags of nutritious cereal. These contributions were aimed at addressing the children’s daily needs and enhancing their learning experience.

The event was supported by the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), which provided necessary resources and assistance. The enthusiastic participation of the volunteers not only provided material support to the children but also conveyed love and care.
