It’s a rich irony to see US easing sanctions on countries buying Russian oil and petroleum. This shows Trump understands so little about how the energy market works. He stopped helping Ukraine, took on Europe and used the Russian oil as a lever to berate and punish India with tariffs.

Women’s participation in Indian workforce is already low. Women don’t grow professionally as fast as men do. We don’t need a system that discourages employers from recruiting women.
