Sexual harassment charge by a woman coach against Sandip Singh, Haryana Minister and former hockey star, underlines the dark underbelly of Indian sports. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s innocent-until-proven-guilty argument is legally valid but morally fraught. Justice Nagarathna’s dissent on note ban balances groupthink. Pity SC has few women judges

Justice B.V. Nagarathna’s brilliant dissent on demonetisation is as significant as former Justice Indu Malhotra’s on the 2018 five-judge Sabarimala case.
