Delhi Master Plan 2047 is forward-looking, allowing the capital to grow, barring a few areas. In a city bursting at its seams, it’s a pragmatic way to accommodate the burgeoning population. But just having 100-plus-floor buildings won’t do. Without bolstering infrastructure needed for growth, it’ll result in an urban mess.
