The commissioning of INS Surat, Nilgiri, and Vaghsheer showcases growing maritime capabilities, but it also underscores India’s continued reliance on key foreign imports from the US, Germany, France, and Ukraine. These vessels undoubtedly strengthen the Navy, but strategic gaps persist, particularly in unmanned systems, where China leads and Pakistan follows.

BCCI ducking real issues by restricting cricketers’ families. Focus on bad selection, poor prep

BCCI is ducking the real cricketing issues by planning to restrict cricketers’ families and the coach’s manager on tour. For losses to New Zealand and Australia, bad selection, poor preparation are real worries. Applying cosmetic fixes to cricketing problems won’t solve anything. Indian cricket needs accountability and not headline hunting.

Rahul’s attacks on Kejriwal show INDIA bloc is unravelling. Anti-Modiism can’t bury deeper conflicts

Rahul Gandhi’s blistering attacks on AAP convenor Kejriwal signal unravelling of INDIA bloc. Anti-Modiism was never enough to bury deeper conflicts and inherent contradictions. Reviving Congress is a valid thought for Rahul but it can’t be an election-time whim. For once BJP can wish Gandhi all the best in Delhi.

  1. I sincerely urge the Editorial board of The Print to stop gaslighting us Indians.
China and Pakistan are external enemies and our armed forces are very much capable of defending our borders.
It’s the enemy within which is most dangerous. Unfortunately, the armed forces cannot deal with such secessionist and “revolutionary” forces working to overturn the Republic. The Leader of Opposition, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, has openly urged all Congressmen to fight against the Indian State. It is an open declaration of rebellion and a call to armed uprising against the Government of India established by the Constitution.
This is the most serious threat to Indian sovereignty.
