New Delhi: Twitter launched a new feature today! Modelled on Instagram stories, ‘fleets’ are short-term tweets that disappear after 24 hours, and Twitter’s loyal fanbase had mixed reactions to this new addition.
And some people just don’t get it. Here are comedian Vir Das and actor Amitabh Bachchan on the subject of ‘fleets’.
I grew up in Nigeria. When we were six years old INS Vikrant paid Lagos a visit. We got to see four ships, and the choppers on board them.
Till date, the only #fleet I have cared about.

US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on how the Black Lives Matter.
Not long ago, “Black Lives Matter” was *also* a rallying cry for justice that politicians worried polled too poorly, was too “divisive” & required “too much explanation.”
Now Mitt Romney is saying it.
Progress is a process. It’s normal to work through discomfort along the way.
