This issue is very confusing. Piyush Goel has miserably failed to sort out this issue for a long time and it required intervention from PMO is a sad commentary on the state of affairs in the Railways, particularly when the trains produced have been giving excellent service on two routes. Piyus is doing a good job but this issue is his failure. He must sort this out immediately.
