Court says the test is violative of the right of rape survivors to privacy, physical and mental integrity and dignity, and warns health professionals to desist from it.
The court Monday slammed the test as ‘regressive and invasive’ and stated that any person found conducting it in sexual assault cases would be held guilty of misconduct.
