The average apathetic Indian lacks moral and physical courage to deal with criminals and crime. Thus we have meaningless, wimpy terminology – like “rowdy sheeter” etc – to describe hardened criminals. (The United States describes crime as 1. Felonies, 2. Misdemeanors and 3. Violations/Infractions. These are further classified by degrees; and prison terms are accordingly determined. )

How can the court allow bail to someone who is even worse than an animal, these kind of criminals are such a bad and dirty name for our country. Unless they cut off his penis and make him rot in prison for the rest of his life, they should probably hang him in public. Would the court or persons incharge of the case give him bail the same way if the victim was their daughter or somebody close. To conclude, I just want to say that a person who could rape and murder his own daughter does not deserve to live. If no one is willing to be the one to end his life than I am willing if being granted permission from the government. These kind of people are not even worthy to be called citizens of India, they should be called ‘maggots’ or ‘faggots’ of India. Please, I beg the leaders of our country to put a stop to dirty things like these, punish them so hard that no one will ever dare to even think about it. If a leader can’t protect the peoples safety then he is not worth it, the 1st step to protecting a country is by protecting its people and maintaining their safety..
This type of bastards should be hang in public…..and I wonder how he was manage to get bail in the case of rape of his own minor daughter……..if he was punished properly during that time……2 year old Twinkle Sharma would have been alive now…..
Instead of blaming Aslam and seeking punishment for him, people should come together and ask for severe punishment for those people who helped such a sick person with bail through all these offences especially the case where he raped his own daughter. He should have received a capital punishment but instead was let off on bail after a year only. The system in India needs to change and punishments for such crimes should be adopted from the middle east where rapists are shot in public in order to serve a deterrent to the people. But the only thing that people would again see in this incident is a hindu-muslim conflict.

An incompetent court and equally incompetent police work led to the murder of the 2 year old.
He is a known criminal; should be punished severely.
How will such serial offender manages bail somehow? Our courts are so lenient or our police are inefficient to provide adequate investigated evidence?
