if exam papers are left on highways for only a few hours and still the rogues use this time to do mischief, what would the plight of EVMs that remain somewhere unknown to public and what not would be done with them to win elections?… the value of education has been going down each year in the country with no limit to leaks, be it entrance exams or govt. related jobs exams… its the same… corruption every where be it all service commissions..added to that is religion based feeling…..
