Russia is a failed state which earns only from arms sales and natural resources. It’s weapon qualities are low and it only sells old models to lazy Indians who cannot get their R&D act together to manufacture weapons themselves. Russian meanwhile buys few enters weapons, re-engineers it and improves it and sells it and also spies on western nations for new weapons. Indian spies are only in Pak and India is afraid to spy China.
