They see women as mother, wife, daughter, sister. Indian men believe that women exist for their pleasure, comfort, convenience and vanity.
That’s why movies like Simbba are successful, because men like to think that women existence is entirely dependent on men, and revolves around men.
U spent to much time explaining what the movie was rather than explaining ur point. Ur article shud have been about the problems in the country that are normalised by the cinema rather than the problems in the movie.. Its not a movie review right?

Where was the concept of feminism even involved in this? I agree that the story is a mere cliche and badly written and strongly feel that this was another example of reckless Bollywood exploiting a very sensitive malaise for own gains.
