Doctor who did postmortem is brother-in law of Maharashtra finance minister- Sudhir Mungantiwar. Dead body was not flown to Mumbai but rather to Loya’s native place near Latur. Judges took this decisions instead of contacting Loya’s relatives. Justice Loya’s relatives suspected on death and requested second postmortem to which judges pressurized and said not to complicate the matter.
