Officials say arrested police officer Sachin Waze had the SIM cards procured for personal use. One of the cards was used to place the last phone call Mansukh Hiran received before he was murdered.
An agency official Tuesday said the probe team had been looking for the Mitsubishi Outlander SUV for several days and suspects it was being driven by Waze's colleague.

If you read the language of this article bit carefully you will find its preparation to save him, a platform is being created that Vaze was not present at murder site etc etc, so that tomorrow public sympathy can be gained.
I’m sure law enforcement agencies have the expertise to question even former police personnel who are aware of interrogation methods. If not they should get the expertise of agencies like Scotland Yard or the FBI who have proven themselves in this area. Either way, I hope they not only get to the truth behind the murder and planting of explosives, but also of the extortion and bribery angles of different politicians and police personnel. That cesspool needs to be cleaned . We going to need a revolution to clean this country of corruption and I hope this would the beginning of it .
