Bombay HC held that neither was Rhea a part of a chain of drug dealers nor had she forwarded the drugs allegedly procured by her to somebody else for monetary or other benefits.

The duo was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with a drugs probe related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case last month.

If the government felt drug abuse had reached dangerous proportions and that a major crackdown was warranted, it should have done so, accompanied by a public awareness campaign.
