The duo was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with a drugs probe related to actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case last month.
The forensics report said that there were no injuries on Sushant Singh Rajput's body, other than hanging. There were also no signs of struggle/scuffle.
The agency, in an affidavit filed before the Bombay HC, said the duo facilitated drug transactions and hence were booked under a stringent act that includes 10 years of jail time.

Sensible judge. It beggars belief that the government agencies would make such silly arguments …. seems they have abandoned common sense.
