People were accusing Ex CJI Ranjan Gogoi as BJP man for accepting Rajya Sabha MP position. What do u say of retired judges like these who goes to a foreign court to appear as expert witness against govt efforts for extradition. Is he appearing for free? Or like appearing to defend Ajmal Kasab as no one was there to defend him?????
The scam started in the UPA years. Most of the money was siphoned away in the UPA years. And now a congress party member gives a legal opinion on why Nirav Modi cannot be extradited. Congress should come clean and also pay the country back the money which they helped in siphoning off.
