It is not desirable in the interest of natural justice that he should
make his personal likes and dislikes public as the Chief Justice of
the Patna High Court.There is indeed a reflection on “the sacred ”
independence of judiciary issue involved in it !
When asked to stipulate his priorities as Chief Justice of Patna High
Court at a time when sensitive cases pertaining to the safety of women
and PIL about the Bihar TISS social audit he preferred to evade a reply !
Mr.M.R.Shah has not been fair and impartial enough in making his own
likes and dislikes public by overlooking his fellow Gujarati BJP supremo
Amit Shah ! He also needs a pat on his back ! He too at least should
have been labelled as “his hero” if NaMo is a model and a hero both for
Justice M.R. Shah ! He should not have discriminated between two of
his Gujarati fellows ! Will not Amit Shah mind this discrimination?
Are we not in for very queer times,where nothing can be ruled out ?
